WHERE WE STARTED
We actually have quite the pizza-centric love story. Adam and I (Lindsay) met back in 2006 in the Chicagoland area where Manager Adam's great stature and contagious humor, wooed Cashier Lindsay, into breaking all of the "don't date the boss" rules. We have been a pizza making dynamic duo ever since. With a combined total of over 30 years in the pizza industry, it should come as no shock that we are seriously passionate about great pizza.
WHERE WE'VE BEEN
After owning several pizzerias and a few breweries throughout the West and Mid-west, we knew we desired to invest our time, effort and creativity, into a business that would better accommodate our young family, which now includes four kiddos and two beagles (George & Carol).
WHERE WE'RE GOING
We labored for months developing our own Neapolitan-style dough recipe that took 13 recipe alterations. We re-tried and experimented until we perfected our 5-ingredient organic pizza sauce and we had the best time concocting our unique gourmet pizza offerings based on fun flavor pairings we've experienced over the years. Believe us when we say we are confident that our take on pizza is the perfect balance of fresh and classic with a twist of creativity.
